Rodin Museum

Gardens of the Musée Rodin. The museum building is an ex-hotel where Rodin at one time took up residency and took advantage of the instant showroom in the gated gardens outside. Henri Matisse was under the same roof at the time. At a going rate of 1 euro for a garden-only ticket, finding such a beautiful spot is a steal. It’s much less touristy than most museums, so a great opportunity to induce that fun feeling of being in on a secret ( New Yorkers: think High Line vs. Statue of Liberty). In pic #4 don’t miss the sculpture tucked into the scenery, as it happens to be the most popular one ever.
